Welcome to Sravan yoga and massage

Yoga with Matt will improve your flexibility and strength whilst developing mindfulness which will bring you harmony and balance on a physical, mental and emotional level.

Matt adopts a holistic approach to good health by combining the ancient science of yoga with massage therapy and exercise science to help you overcome musculoskeletal imbalance, relieve pain, manage injuries and reduce tension. This unique and proven approach will provide you with a pathway to good health and happiness.

Matt’s business operates from Toukley and Norah Head on the Central Coast where he conducts weekly yoga classes, remedial massage and private consultations for yoga and exercise programs.

Health Fund rebates are available for massage and also yoga.


Matt teaches a number of weekly adult classes on the Central Coast. The style is hatha yoga and is suitable for all levels and beginners are welcome.


Matt is a fully qualified and insured massage therapist specializing in remedial and myofascial release. Matt undertakes treatments at Toukley. Matt also does office massage (seated chair) & festival partner massage workshops.
